It's been an emotional time and the relationship we formed with Gary feels like that big brother that shows up to bail out the family at a time of crisis. A testimonial on performance would hardly seem to fit the scenario and could never reflect the appreciation we have for both the results and way the process was handled.
A testimonial would go something like this;
Gary Sullivan and his team use computer technology, media marketing, MLS, signs, flyers, brochures, text messaging and phone calls as the tools to attract attention to our property and initiate interest. The materials brought to bear were very professional and effective. We just wanted to thank you for making our first selling experience very fast and easy. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge had our parent's home sell in only 2 days after it was available for showing at 99.9% of the asking price. This would be amazing in the Meadowvale area but it is more amazing since the property was in Etobicoke. We can't say enough about your honesty and integrity. Your colour feature sheets with photos were totally amazing. The strategic placing of all your signs had a significant volume of traffic coming by the home and having it sell within just 2 days is the proof of all efforts. I must say that having reflective signs is just brilliant as it just seems to light up as you drive by at night. I have not seen any other agents do this and trying to find resale homes at night can be difficult.
We look forward to having you list our other property later this year and we will recommend your services to our friends and family.
